| 1968 | Henry Keppel-Hesselink and Mario Agrati found Fantic in Barzago (province of Lecco). Agrati came from the entrepreneurial family that already controlled the Agrati-Garelli Group. The goal is to produce recreational vehicles for the US market (minibikes). |
