Acquisition of Mannesmann Sachs AG (clutches, shock absorbers, drive technology) by ZF Friedrichshafen AG. The two-wheeler division (Sachs Fahrzeug- und Motorentechnik GmbH) is of no strategic interest to ZF and is sold to the management (including Hartmut Huhn) and external investors as part of an MBO.
