KSR primarily operates as one of the largest importers of two-wheelers in Europe. They specialize in licensing or purchasing well-known brand names (such as Malaguti or Lambretta) and having these vehicles manufactured by partners in Asia (primarily in China, e.g., by manufacturers such as Zongshen). In addition to Malaguti, the group's portfolio also includes its own brands such as Brixton Motorcycles and Motron.

The Moto Morini brand has been acquired by the Chinese Zhongneng Vehicle Group.
